The synergy of balanced postures and movements with mindful breathing, combined with precise body alignment promote a state of immediate balance, strength and serenity. Each class follows a specific theme so as to lead the practitioner to deepen his or her personal experience of yoga. Each class begins with a warm-up phase and then continues with a dynamic sequence and concludes with a final relaxation to balance body, mind and spirit.
Teachers:
YASMINE SINNO: Yasmine offers classes, workshops and residential weeks around the world. Her deep passion for the practice and belief that yoga should be an accessible resource for all characterizes her enthusiasm for sharing the extraordinary beneficial effects of yoga with others. Yasmine completed her initial training in Raja Yoga. Her desire to deepen her personal practice and her skills aimed at teaching led her to continue her training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Therapy, obtaining the title of Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (USA), with the International Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance Italia. Currently, under the guidance of Pandit Rajmani Tigunait and Yogarupa Rod Stryker, Yasmine devotes herself assiduously to the study of Sri Vidya, a doctrine of Tantric Yoga that follows the tradition of Swami Rama and the Himalayan Masters. Yasmine offers classes that balance body, breath and mind in a combination of fluid movements, precise instructions and well-structured sequences.
SILVIA MARIOSSI: Silvia completed her initial training in 2020 under the guidance of Yasmine Sinno.
